Mediocre Stay. Some Issues Need Addressing
slow service dusty room
The building was beautiful and the room was clean.
The staff didn't check if we needed anything during meals. They never asked if we wanted another drink, and the service was slow. The room was quite dusty, especially on the mirrors, lights, and above our heads. Breakfast also was not worth the £15 each they charged.

friendly staff breakfast variety winter duvets mediocre food
the staff was friendly and efficient. breakfasts were very good (i especially liked the variety of cereals).
the beds had winter duvets. they were too hot to sleep in, so i had some trouble falling asleep, the food was mediocre.

minor issues during stay
dusty room overpriced breakfast
the room was clean initially however i found it to be quite dusty on closer inspection mirrors lights and areas above head height needed more thorough cleaning i could manage this since the bedding and bathroom were clean the breakfast was overpriced i suggest finding alternatives outside the premises it was not worth the cost the hotel's location at a busy junction was a concern initially but the traffic noise did not disturb stay

great north wales experience
clean room friendly staff great parking
i found the room very clean and of a good size. the staff was lovely, cute, and friendly (i really enjoyed chatting with them). the car parking facilities were also a great benefit as i didn't have to worry about finding a spot.
the layout of the bathroom was a bit quirky.

chipped paint slow service
I was a bit disappointed. Our room felt smaller than expected, and I noticed some wear and tear (small stains on the carpet and some chipped paint). I also had issues with the slow service in the restaurant. It took quite a while for our order to be taken, and the food arrived lukewarm, a shame because it looked promising.
